Do you understand that the adoption fee is $1000 to $1500 with $800 to $1300 depending on the puppy YOU choose, due once the puppy's adoption is confirmed? Unless otherwise stated on website...if so please fill in the AMOUNT DUE.

Will you sign our contract saying you will have the puppy spayed or neutered by 6 months old?

When do you expect to be ready to adopt a puppy? This is not a binding time frame, just an estimate, you may request a puppy anytime.
